Abdullah has gained experience in customer support and marketing through his roles at HK Communications, Royal Psychologist Community, and Teknologicks LLC. At HK Communications, he worked as a Customer Support Representative, handling customer inquiries, promoting products and services, and maintaining positive customer relationships. As a Community Ambassador for the Royal Psychologist Community, he was involved in brand advocacy, content creation, event management, outreach, lead generation, and client support. At Teknologicks LLC, he served as a Marketing Executive, focusing on customer engagement, content management, CMS management, and business development collaboration. His educational background includes a BS Management degree specialization in Marketing. Abdullah has a diverse skill set that includes content marketing, social media marketing, digital marketing, Salesforce management, CRM, problem-solving, market research, localized marketing, and strategic management. Abdullah has completed several projects as part of his academic curriculum, including writing articles on security challenges for Pakistan, the conception of dowry in Pakistan, and the association between teacher's emotional exhaustion and employee engagement. He has also conducted practical projects on consumer behavior and marketing research, advertising and promotion management, Salesforce management, and digital and social media marketing.
